SHOW INFORMATION
Amateur Divisions: Men's Bodybuilding, Women's Bodybuilding, Men's Classic Physique, Women's Physique, Figure, Men's Physique, Women's Wellness, Bikini and Transformation. 5 or more in each category to receive pro cards and 3 or more in Masters to receive pro card.
TRANSFORMATION: ESSAY deadline is one week out from show. Initial pictures should be taken less than one year (364 days or less) prior to competition. Final photos should be taken and submitted 2 weeks before the date of competition. Send pictures to mindbodyoptimize@gmail.com

Urine samples will be collected immediately after trophy presentation for top 2 in each class. It's the competitor's responsibility to ensure a sample is provided before leaving the event. If competitors do not provide samples, they are disqualified.
