​TRANSFORMATION: ESSAY deadline is one week out from show. Initial pictures should be taken less than one year (364 days or less) prior to competition. Final photos should be taken and submitted 2 weeks before the date of competition. Send pictures to mindbodyoptimize@gmail.com. Cash paid to polygrapher. Polygraph testing for all competitors. Photo ID required Results from recent polygraph exams performed for other NANBF contests are honored, if within 45 days. It is the competitors responsibility to ensure that they are polygraph tested for the event. URINALISIS: (In addition to polygraph tests). Urine samples will be collected immediately after trophy presentation for top 2 in each class. It's the competitor's responsibility to ensure a sample is provided before leaving the event. If competitors do not provide samples, they are disqualified.
